Chubbi Chibis were created in 2023 by Rya and Hal to support the charity Gamer's Outreach in their fundraising event Spooktacular Streamathon 2023.We both look forward to creating more in the future!

This is a base price. The price may vary depending of the complexity of the model. Prices are subject to change anytime.
IMPORTANT
Chubbies wear pants by default! We are open to discussing alternative clothing designs, however deviating from the default may incur extra art and rigging fees. This cannot be requested for charity models.
Model details may be simplified and adjusted to fit the Plushie aesthetic of the Chubby Chibis
PNGTUBER comes with Mouth Open and Closed, Eyes Open and Closed.
pngTubers can be upgraded to a L2D model. Contact Hal for more information.
The client will receive model files for runtime only. Neither the psd or the Cmo3 will be provided.
We aim for wait times to not exceed 3 months, but the VGen applications may close periodically in order to manage demand. We will make announcements via social media if this is the case.
Add-Ons
Upgrades cannot be requested for charity models. Additional upgrades for Charity Chubbies models can be accommodated, however these must be commissioned separately at a later date.

Process
Step I - Application
Read both Hal's and Rya's ToS.
Apply via Hal's VGen Commission Page - Not FCFS.
Rya and Hal will review applications together and will select a small batch of models to work on once a month. If your application is not outright declined then you may still be considered for a future batch. You are free to cancel your application at any time if you no longer wish to be in the pool of applicants.
If you are selected for a monthly slot and receive a message of acceptance from Hal via VGEN'S messaging system, please respond to the message to confirm your slot within 5 days. Failure to do so may result in your commission being postponed until a future batch, or being declined outright.
You will be contacted with a Quote for both the L2D model art and rig.
Details confirmed.
After the quote is agreed on between you (the Client), Hal (w_haie) and Rya (Rya_ink), you will be added to the Client pool. When we are ready to start work on your model you will be provided with a project proposal through Hal's VGen service, and subsequently a link to Rya's Chubby Chibi rigging service on Artistree and a reference code to include in your Rigging Application BY HAL so we can cross reference your commission.
Invoices issued by both Hal and Rya through their commission platform of choice.
The commission can only be started once both invoices have been paid.
Step II - Art (Hal)
Art Phase begins once both invoices have been paid.
Sketch (flat colors) check
Line art and base color check
Final revision of the fully colored model // Charity Chubby Chibis do not have a revision phase
Once art is finished, handed to Rya for rigging
Step III - Rig (Rya)
L2D Rigging Phase begins
2 weeks for small rigging revisions or fixes after file delivery. Charity Chubby Chibis do not have a revision phase.
The client will receive model files for runtime only.
Support for basic VTS setup available upon request.

Q: What is the story behind the Chubby Chibis?
Hal: Rya had asked me to team up for Gamer's Outreach's fundraising event. I wanted the Chubby Chibis to be collaboration friendly so I made them in a sitting position! They are stackable~ To quote Rya, there is a strong butt to head connection.
Rya: I really wanted to be able to use my skills as a Live2D Rigger for charity somehow, but came to the swift realisation I would likely not be able to do it alone. I’m so thrilled that Hal agreed to work with me on this! The Chubby Chibi’s would not exist without Hal’s ideas and wonderful art - I just make them wobble! ♡

Q: Can I reserve a slot during charity events?
A: Slot reservations are not available.Q: Where is the difference between Chubby Chibi Commissions and Charity Chibis?
A: Charity Chibis are skeb based and do not have any revision phase! This is to cut the time needed as the Chibis are provided at a reduced price.Q: What are packs?
A: Packs contain toggles for your model. For example, the Halloween pack contains a witch hat, black cat ears and tail, toast (Hal: very spooky) and a devil and angel costume.Q: Can I add packs once more are available?

By commissioning us, you understand that the Chubby Chibi commission type is a collaboration between w_haie and rya_ink. Our services are offered as a partnership.Please be sure to also read w_haie's and rya_ink's ToS as you are agreeing to both ToS by commissioning us for a Chubby Chibi model.
Commission Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings in our respective ToS. If you have any questions or require further clarification on certain points, please message either of us before applying for a commission.
Please note that all of our sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the Artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by you, the Client.
Nothing is ever intended by either us or the Client, to be physically shipped to them.
We are not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.
We accept full payment upfront only.
You, the Client, is not allowed to create a physical product of the model for commercial purposes.
PAYMENT Terms for HAL
ToS of w_haie applies for commissions outside of VGen.In accordance to Section 14 of the German Value Added Tax Act, HAL, as a state registered freelancer, will need to ask for private information such as your name and address to issue a legally correct invoice if the amount exceeds 250 EUR. Please only apply for a commission if you feel comfortable providing me with this information. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
PAYMENT Terms for RYA
ToS of rya_ink applies.As a freelancer and sole trader based in the UK, RYA will need to ask clients for private information - such as your legal name and address - in order to provide legally correct invoices for tax records. Such information will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for tax purposes or legal purposes.
Refund and Chargebacks
Charity donations made for Chubby Chibis are non-refundable. Additional model upgrades for charity chibis are charged separately.
Refunds or chargeback terms are subject to the corresponding artist's ToS.
No files will be sent to the Client in case of a refund.
